However, due to the digital nature of our products (immediate access and downloadable files), we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • You accidentally made a duplicate purchase; or

  • You did not receive access due to a technical issue on our end.

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact support@halysolution.com within 7 days of purchase.

All refund decisions are at the discretion of the seller and within the boundaries of PayPal policies and Western Bid regulations.
